We collect your full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, residential address and payment method details (DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS wallet identifier). We use this to verify your identity, prevent fraud and process deposits and withdrawals. No unnecessary data is requested.

Payment details are encrypted immediately upon entry and transmitted only to certified processors using PCI DSS-compliant channels. We never store full wallet credentials on our servers. Processors handle the actual transaction; we retain only transaction references and timestamps.

Yes. Log into your account, go to Settings > Privacy & Data > Download My Data. You'll receive a complete export of your profile, transaction history and game logs within 24 hours. You can also request this via email to [email protected].

We share payment data only with our DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS processing partners to execute transactions. We do not sell, rent or lease your personal information to marketers, data brokers or other third parties outside these essential payment partners.

Your active account data is archived immediately. Personal information is retained for 90 days to resolve any pending disputes, then permanently deleted. Transaction records required by law are kept for seven years in encrypted, anonymised form.

Click the unsubscribe link in any promotional email, or log into your account and go to Settings > Communication Preferences. Uncheck the marketing box. We stop sending promotions within 24 hours. Transactional emails (deposits, withdrawals, login alerts) cannot be disabled.

If we discover unauthorised access to your data, we notify you by email and in-account alert within 72 hours. We provide details of the breach, steps we've taken to secure your account and recommended actions (password reset, etc.). Full incident report is available upon request.
